Dan Decker brings with him a lifetime of education and experience.  Many of the horses and riders that Dan has trained consistently succeed at the local and regional levels. Through Dan's knowledge, hardwork and dedication, Dan has the capacity and the experience to bring his client's dreams to fruition.  Dan teaches the advanced hunter/jumper student as well as the beginner hunter/jumper rider - just learning to do cross rails.  Dan teaches lessons several days and evenings during the week.  Lessons with Dan can be scheduled by calling 281-0088.  Lessons with Dan are $35.00 a for a 30 minute private lesson.

Besides Dan, Schauber Stables, LLC also offers lessons with Liz Kozakiewicz. 

Liz Kozakiewicz -

Liz (who is a chemist during the day) has been riding for 20 years and has shown extensively for 10 of those years at both local shows and rated shows. She was Captain of the Varsity Equestrian Team for her junior and senior year at Cornell. Private lessons with Liz are $30.00 for 1/2 hour.

Semi private lessons are $25.00 for 45 minutes.

Group lessons (3 or more riders) are $25.00 for an hour

Stephanie Ochrym  

Stephanie Cchrym is another of our beginner trainers.   Stephanie has been riding for  over 15 years.  She has a natural gift with children and with horses.  She has given many children their first riding lesson and has taught many people to ride!  Stephanie is understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. When Stephanie was getting her Bachelors degree, she was on the Siena College Equestrian Team.  She has also has a variety of show experience. Lessons with Stephanie cost the same as lessons with Liz.

Amanda Hodder is also a member of our Schauber Stables, LLC teaching team..

Amanda has been riding for 20 years. She was president of her equestrian team at Ithaca College. During her day time hours, Amanda is a chiropractor. You may sign up for lessons with Amanda on line.
